What A Girl Wants...

Ugh!!!!.. Great weekend with a special someone and I let down all of my walls and broke a few of my rules!!! But I have to say it was worth it!!!! I'm good at jinxing myself tho, especially when I talk about it... So an update is necessary later this week. :) lol... It was a great weekend though. Friday night I went out with a guy friend that proved to be a comfortable successful dinner date :) Saturday went to visit my good friend of 7 + years at her new home for a bbq to celebrate her hubby's 27th. Drank a bit much but enjoyed the new company and the few old <3 Ended up staying out there because an hour drive home was not happening, especially in my drunken state :) The time change really kicked my ass today too. I slept most of the day but suprisingly didn't have a hangover at all. We'll just chalk this weekend up to a great one with some major potential for future great ones :)

What Happens in Vegas....

So I went through my calendar for the next couple of months and I'm a busy little bee!!!! Today, I went on a spur of the moment Knott's Berry Farm trip with the fam bam... it works that my Pop wins tickets on the radio to everything!! :) We left at noon, got there at 1ish and left when the park closed.. FUN FUN FUN. I love my "Tanner family fun" days :) lol... But seriously, with all of the bday parties, graduations, house warmings and weddings this summer, I'm seriously booked for the next couple months every weekend. Not to mention the small little getaways planned!! :)
This next weekend coming up will be a local one, but I will be helping my good friend, who just got the keys to her new home :) Sort out her "pack-rat" home for a huge garage sale!! Well needed :) The weekend following will be a fun, "slobtastic" Palm Springs adventure with the girls :) The weekend after that will be a good friend's child's 1st bday party :) High School Reunion expected..lol and at night one of the besties bday celebrations...My sister's 18th falls on that following Wednesday and the Besties 28th.. ugh we're getting old.. is the 3rd of the month :) In the midst of all the madness, I will be planning a fantastic Bachelorette Party for the beginning weekend of May. So any San Fran. hot spots or ideas, please throw my way!! :) End of April is Stagecoach, Vegas for the 16th of April is in the works, If my shape is back by then :) April 23rd party bus to Morongo for my buddy Okie's celebration. I want to make it out to Key Largo sometime in May to see my East Coast Boo :) and Two June Weddings so far!! It will be an eventful couple of months with an exciting stir of moments and new memories. Can't wait for the besties wedding and dress shopping should prove to be a fantastic one!! I still want to make it out to NY this year!!! So filling it in will be necessary!! :) Bed time for now, on to another Monday Funday, cuz work is a ton of fun!! Goodnight all!!

Wedding Crashers....

So a $50 gift card is on the line for "The Biggest Loser" competition I now have going on with my Momma!!!  Buckle up, cuz I want the gift card!! I've lost a whopping 10 lbs in a 2 week period. Much to say for the fact that I was sick for a little over half of that time and couldn't keep anything down. lol.. I'll win I promise!! We have a family wedding to attend in June so we set some goals and a friendly competition to meet them. So far, I'm in the lead!! :) woo-woo.
Work is going great, I am getting kudos everyday on a good job note, so I must be doing something right and the atmosphere is totally fun and friendly!! I love it. Bought some girl scout cookies from the cutest little girl that came into the office today. She's down to 100 boxes out of 3000, score for her!!! I also bought the sweetest dress for the babyshower I'm going to on Saturday so hopefully the weather works itself out :)

Missed the guys on Idol yesterday because I went out for a cocktail, 1st one in quite a bit, or should I say 1st 2 lol... tried to set my friend up with a newby, that looked cute in his picture!! LOL.. The hat was deceiving and hid all of the ugly!! LMAO.. that's a mean thing to say, i know. He was a really nice guy, just wrong for boo. :) Called out a friend on a lie someone called him out on and he still flipped the script. I guess I've had an eventful couple of days, but excited to catch up on the wedding plans of my bestie and working it out to meet my weight goal :) Need to get away for a bit tho so a trip to Palm Springs with the girls is in the works (2 weeks to be exact) and at the end of the month the Renaissance Fair in AZ with the family is going to be fun, and can't forget Stagecoach at the end of April- JOSH TURNER IS YUMMILICIOUS!!!!. So I guess I'm not stuck in dullsville like I ragged on myself about yesterday :)  Hope everyone enjoys the rest of the week <3
